  Open Source Web Authoring Program
Nvu ("N-View") is a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) web authoring program. This free program is a good solution for those (like me) who can't afford to buy a copy of Dreamweaver (even at academic rebate prices). I just downloaded it and haven't had a chance to test it out, but Nvu looks promising.
